Shipping Project Life Cycle
Initiation:
- Defining the project’s objectives, scope, and feasibility. This includes determining the needs for the project – protection from environmental factors, international or domestic transportation, and documentation requirements.
Planning:
- Developing a detailed roadmap, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budget. Each of our large project quotes comes with a defined scope of work.
Execution:
- On receipt of a purchase order, our team begins to put the plan into action: assigning materials, coordinating tasks, and managing time resources to meet your deadlines. Change orders are documented as they occur.
Closure:
- On completion of the project, digitized records are supplied of all steps in the project timeline.
